The PCE-HT 71N Hygrometer is designed to detect both air temperature and humidity, recording the obtained readings in its internal memory. Compact in size yet possessing a substantial memory capacity (up to 32,000 values, with 16,000 values allocated for each parameter), this hygrometer primarily functions as a data logger. It finds application in various settings, including supermarket refrigeration units, refrigerated transport, warehouses, and other environments where temperature control is critical.
As a data logger, the PCE-HT 71N captures climatological data in spaces with regulated ambient conditions. The recorded data can be easily transferred to a computer or laptop through the USB port. This hygrometer can be activated manually or programmed to initiate and cease measurements at specified dates and times or set intervals, enabling it to autonomously record data in situ. Once transferred, the data can be analyzed using the included software, which also calculates the dew point. The internal clock ensures accurate timing for assessment purposes.
A notable feature of the PCE-HT 71N is its power source—a removable 3.6V, long-life lithium battery. With an approximate battery life of one year, this hygrometer offers reliable and sustained performance.
